REGISTRATION

Deadline for online registration: April 30, 2019

From this date onwards registrations must be confirmed at the Welcome Desk during the Conference

Fees apply to payments received prior to the indicated deadlines

All prices mentioned are in Euro and inclusive 23% VAT

* Students, technicians and internal physicians will be required to provide proof of status during the online registration

   

Please note that presenters of abstracts accepted at the annual conference can apply for a personal bursary to attend the meeting  (details here)

The registration fee includes:

  • Access to the conference sessions 

  • Access to the Portuguese Society of Transplantation & Portuguese Institute for Blood Transplantation meeting  registration is mandatory

  • Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception

  • Coffee breaks and lunches

  • Conference materials (conference bag, badge, programme, etc.)

  • Certificate of participation

  • Participation in the PhD students and Research Postdocs meet experts sessions (proof of status must be provided) Click here to access the registration form for this session

The accompanying person's fee includes:​

  •  Admission to social events (Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner)

Conference badge
The conference badge should be worn by all participants at all times during the congress inside the venue as well as during social activities. Only participants wearing their congress badge will be admitted to the scientific sessions and to the social events.

Certificate of attendance

In order to reduce the amount of paper used at the EFI2019 conference, participants will receive a "Certificate of Attendance" in pdf format upon after the conference has ended and before 15 May 2019.

Payment

  • Payment through credit card is due at the time of registration (AMEX, Eurocard/Mastercard and VISA)

  • As soon as you complete the form you will be taken to the PayPal website where you can either pay using your credit card or by using your account. You do not need a PayPal account

  • Please note that the invoice will be issued in accordance with information provided on your registration form. Special requests should be made upon registration

  • A fee of € 20 will be charged for the reissue of invoices

 

Confirmation

  • The registration process should take no longer than 10 minutes

  • The registration will only be complete when you receive an email confirmation

  • If you do not receive the confirmation by email, please check your spam/ junk mail inbox before contacting us: participants_efi2019@mundiconvenius.pt

 

Cancellation and reimbursement policies

  • In case of cancellation of participation before March 1 2019, registration fees will be refunded deducting a handling fee of EUR 100 per person. After this date, there will be no refund 

  • Name changes will be charged a fee of € 20 per registration

  • Special requests for the processing of the invoice should  be submitted in writing to the Registration Department. For the reissuing of invoices € 20 will be charged

  • All refunds will be made within 1 month after the end of the event. Bank charges may be deducted

  • Requests submitted after this period will not be considered
